Role: Performance Manager
We are seeking a Performance Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and growing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Managers: while they focus on client relationships and broader strategy, you’ll bring both the strategic vision and the hands-on execution required to deliver outstanding results. This means helping shape campaigns and their setup while also rolling up your sleeves to set up, optimise, and scale campaigns using BrightBid’s AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to develop campaign strategies and translate client business goals into actionable paid media plans.
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional platforms such as TikTok Ads.
- Manage account structure, keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy, and creative testing with the support of BrightBid’s AI-powered tools.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring budget pacing, KPIs, and ROI targets are consistently achieved.
- Set up and maintain tracking and attribution through tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion APIs.
- Analyse results, generate client reports, and present actionable recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Stay on top of industry trends, testing new channels and formats to drive incremental growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing / digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; experience with TikTok Ads or other platforms is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical campaign execution.
- Solid understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Conversion APIs, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage campaign budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with both clients and account managers.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
- Proficiency in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
Considered a Plus
- Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page testing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
