BrightBid is growing and looking for a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team! If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment — we want to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Drive new business and close deals with small, mid-sized and large companies
• Book and lead meetings with decision-makers, identifying their needs and positioning our solution as the answer
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract
• Collaborate with marketing, appointment setters, and digital specialists to ensure smooth handovers and long-term client satisfaction
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets (we love celebrating wins!)

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in Swedish and professional English
• Strong sales skills — you know how to build trust, handle objections, and close deals
• Team player with a positive, winning mindset
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented — you love a challenge and have the discipline to get results
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales or tech sales is highly preferred, but not mandatory if you have the drive and potential
• Desireable: Experience in Salesforce/Hubspot
