We are now seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Specialist with minimum 2-3 years of experience, specializing in marketing operations, lead generation, and lead quality optimization. This role is based in Stockholm and a key support function to the Head of Marketing, ensuring high-quality inbound and outbound marketing efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and knows how to create compelling content that attracts and converts the right audience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Lead Generation & Lead Quality Optimization – Design and execute campaigns focused on attracting high-intent leads through organic, paid, and ABM strategies to enable sales growth.
Collaborate closely with the SDR team to ensure seamless lead management and nurture qualified prospects.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., webinars, contact lists, contact sourcing).
Marketing Automation & CRM Management – Work with HubSpot to track lead quality, segment audiences, and optimize nurturing sequences.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and improve customer retention.
Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking – Use data to analyze lead sources, optimize conversion rates, and ensure marketing efforts contribute to pipeline growth.
Social Media Management – Develop and distribute high-quality content for our social channels to drive brand authority and lead generation.
You have an advantage if you have;
Basic design skills, can work on Figma and design basic ads, edit videos.
Paid Acquisition Knowledge – Experience in running digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads and other channels to maximize impact is a big plus.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Proficiency in various marketing platforms and technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
